Product price and shipping costs
All prices in the online store include 11% VAT that is charged if order is delivered in Iceland, all exports are without VAT. Shipping costs are added before the payment is made. Saga Natura reserves the right to change prices without notice and to cancel orders if the price of the product is incorrectly listed in the online store. Domestic orders are distributed by Íslandspóstur or TVG. Íslandspóstur’s and TVG’s terms of delivery, warranty and transport apply to delivery of all packages. According to this, Saga Natura is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to a product in transit.
Subscription refill bags are sent by mail with Íslandspóstur and do not fall under Íslandspóstur’s warranty. If a product is lost in the mail or is damaged from the time it is sent from Saga Natura to the person concerned, the damage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders shipped abroad are sent by DHL. Shipping cost will be added before the payment is made. Import fees and sales tax may be applied upon delivery and are not included in the price. Customers are liable for all import fees which may be imposed. Saga Natura is not responsible for the payment of any customs and import duties. For further information on import fees, we encourage you to seek information from the customs authorities in your country.

Exchanging and returning a product
It is not possible to return or exchange a product unless it is a defective product.
Faulty product
If there is a defect in the product, the customer is offered a new product instead and Saga Natura pays all shipping costs involved, or a refund may be provided instead. In other cases, reference is made to the Act on door-to-door sales and distance sales contracts no. 46/2000 and the Act on consumer purchases.
Confidentiality
The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
